COMPLIANCE | Technical File for EU/EEA and UK-Compliance

To comply with EU/EEA and UK legislations around product compliance, you need to be able to provide evidence, stored in a so-called Technical file. <br>We can assist to prepare a technical file per product per region, updated to the current developments in legislation around non-food consumer products in the EU/EEA and the UK. <br>The maintenance of technical files and compliance updates is provided by ProductIP, a leader in compliance intelligence. PRODUCTION MODULE | Production Start and Tracking

Confirm the production start with the vendor,<br>Check purchase order follow-up,<br>Pre-production sampling and tracking,<br>Check on compliance criteria.<br>Quality inspections in person and reporting,<br>Confirm shipping schedule and rates with the forwarder(s),<br>Confirm payments and Shipping Documents.<br><br>Resulting in production, pre-shipment inspection and shipment.<br><br>Terms: Price per product. Production leadtime approx. 3-8 weeks, depending on complexity and quantity, after production go-ahead.

FAIRS | Shenzhen | Guided Trade Fair visit

Based on your criteria, our team attends the Canton Fair in Shenzhen for you. <br>To take advantage of our decades of sourcing and production experience. And to save you significant travel time and expenses. <br>If you have specific vendors in mind, we will meet with them. Upon request, arrange a video conference on location. Alternatively, if you plan to visit in person, we could accompany you.<br>Package includes a 1 hour pre-briefing call, a half-day session at the trade fair, transport, 1 hour post-briefing call, email report and scans of collected information. <br>Select a session per product category, if you need to source several products or require a specific product or vendor study done.

We perform a vendor search, prepare an initial product specification file and issue a tender. <br>In addition to compliance aspects and logistics rates.<br>Resulting in a actionable overview of the production options and pricing.<br><br>Terms: Price per product. Leadtime approx. 1 to 2 weeks after our intake call and correspondence.<br><br>Next stage is further confirmation of the product specifications, sampling, compliance checking and setting out production and shipping plans. If you confirm a production order within 6 weeks from the quotation, we offer a discount for EUR 100

PRE-PRODUCTION MODULE | Purchase Order and Production Set-up
